We ship all items within 24 hours during normal business days, with tracking on every package. If you do not receive your package by the scheduled time provided by ebay, simply go to your “purchase order tab” and review your track status before contacting us. If you have additional questions after reviewing the tracking information, please notify us before opening a case for not receiving your item or for any reason. Any damaged packages items because of possible mishandling via the postal service, picture proof must be provided for a replacement item/s. Any item received that is incorrect, picture proof must be provided to confirm the item receive for the correct item to be shipped.
Return Policy and Terms of Sale
All returns are accepted within (30) days of delivery receipt, for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. The item/s must be returned in the original state in which it was shipped. Once the item/s has returned, we will refund your payment minus shipping cost.
